At SourceOne, our Virtual Staffing service is designed to help you scale your business efficiently by hiring talented professionals from Sri Lanka to work remotely—without the need for physical office space. It's the perfect solution for businesses looking to expand their team while staying lean and flexible.
You choose the candidate(s) you want—we provide you access to a pool of qualified professionals across various fields. You retain full control over the selection and day-to-day management of your virtual staff, while we handle everything else: deployment, payroll, statutory benefits, infrastructure, and device provisioning.
Employees can work from home or from our local office (JFS), based on your preference. Each full-time employee is expected to work a minimum of 152 hours per 30-day month, with flexibility to adjust for global time zones (up to ±2 hours). Any hours worked beyond 152 are simply charged at an hourly rate.

Our staffing solutions cover both full-time and part-time roles, and we offer a no-cost recruitment process—meaning you pay zero fees for hiring.
