SourceOne's PEO service is designed for companies that already have a legal entity in Sri Lanka and need reliable support to manage HR functions. While you retain full control over employee selection and daily operations, we handle payroll, statutory benefits, tax deductions, and compliance.

We provide full-time employees as per your request and ensure smooth HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle. If we deploy a candidate on your behalf, the recruitment fee is just one month's cost, and we offer free replacements within the first three months if needed. All work devices, infrastructure, and insurance are to be arranged by the client. Employees are expected to work 45 hours per week.

We follow ISO 27001:2022 standards to protect your data and IP, and apply a reasonable service fee for our support.
