All employee data and IP rights are protected under ISO 27001:2022, and financial terms like exchange rates are fixed annually for transparency.
In the event of termination, a notice period of one month (during probation) or three months (post-probation) applies, with compensation managed under Sri Lanka's Employment Termination Act.
